How We Use Facebook Data

When you log in to BcloudMail using Facebook, we may collect the following information:

  • Your public profile (name, email address, profile picture)
  • Facebook ID
  • Any permissions you explicitly grant

This data is used solely to provide secure access to our services and enhance your user experience. We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your Facebook-related data from BcloudMail, you may do so by following one of these steps:

Option 1: In-App Request

  1. Log in to your BcloudMail account.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Privacy > Delete Facebook Data.
  3. Confirm your request. Your data will be permanently deleted within 48 hours.

Option 2: Direct Request

You may also submit a deletion request by emailing us at privacy@bcloudmail.com with the subject line: Facebook Data Deletion Request. Please include your Facebook ID or the email address associated with your account.

What Happens After Deletion

Once your request is verified:

  • All Facebook-related data will be removed from our servers.
  • You will lose access to any features that rely on Facebook login.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once deletion is complete.

Additional Information

This policy complies with Meta’s Platform Terms Section 3(d)(i), which requires developers to delete user data upon request.
